This was in our trial mouthpiece box for several years, which players used to try out various mouthpieces while shopping. It has a mouthpiece patch on it and has been cleaned and sterilized. See photos for condition.
The Claude Lakey hard rubber mouthpiece is bright with a high baffle for great projection. The 5*3 is very versitle in jazz and contemporary settings. Hand faced and tested to ensure quality. (Note: Does not include cap or ligature.)
