This was in our trial mouthpiece box for several years, which players used to try out various mouthpieces while shopping. It has a mouthpiece patch on it and has been cleaned and sterilized. Still in good condition. See photos.
From Selmer's acclaimed S80 series. Machined from hard rubber to assure stability and accuracy. Please note that Selmer Paris mouthpiece specifications changed between 2012 and 2016. This mouthpiece is assumed to have been manufactured before the changes (larger tip opening and shorter facing than today's C*).
